I took that pic IIRC, or I took one exactly the same and sent it in to PNG news. . . . I travelled down with a lad from Failsworth in the yellow 1.2 GSI lookaloke in the centre.Quote:

Is that leaf green Craig? Probably a fashionable colour now but in its day I bet you felt like a granny lol
Yeah leaf Green. It sucked. Especially with the brown chequered SR interior I dropped in. I had it sprayed metallic British Racing Green in some hope I could make it look like K95VHD.
I dunno about fashionable, but retro maybe.
deleeeted
I have that Max issue with Bret's old one in before the pepper mint respray.
Good pics mate, bring back memories.
Pic pics Craig.
LOL the white SR for sale at £2800 is in Plymouth!

One of my all time faves. Ian Searles Mantzel'd 1.6XE from Redline magazine. Looking awesome on the MIMs. I love these wheels.

I think i have pics of all of the colours Martin's has been..
It was rank when it had the white & Blue over the Pink, it had some nasty R5turbo aftermarket fr bumper & jut looked distastefully-OTT.
lol I love it when it was white.. The first time, Then the last stage of white when Nicko got it..

Think that's the right time line... Colour wise..
This is saved under this name, but don't think it is the car?

I forget Nick Jackson had it. It did look good in white.
Saying that, in its early days the Blue bucket seats, chequer plate interior & flushed tailgate looked a bit rank IMO.
Need to see more old skool Nova's with some Stealths on them or Hockenheims
Go to your 90's thread. :d
:thumb:
See the edit Craig, is the red one it too?
Yeah
Ah cheers Rick.

It was a Red SR, so most likely to be it IMO. Infact I'm sure I've seen that pic (& the Hill name before). It wasnt white btw, but Porsche HellBlau a milky shade of pale Blue like SEAT Canica Blue.Quote:
