Looking good CG, if your passing I got the right socket here I could lend you, as for the gear linkage, when I fitted my R/J'd one I just had someone hold the stick in the middle whilst the 'box was in nuteral and clamped it up, worked fine first time...

Ive never had a problem just holding the stick in neutral, with the box in neutral either Ash, never failed me.

It has been a long time coming, saving on my measely budget for the parts I want & labouring on it as & when I can be bothered.
The neutral stick & box alignment is what I was trying to do using mole grips for fine tweaking underneath whilst tightening the clamp bolt. Its the rubber stick gaiter & the Corsa leather gaitor over it that is giving the stick a mind of its own & not centralising properly I reckon.
I'll get the wife to help me next time.....
Last time I did it, I put the box and stick in 5th, duck taped the stick into position, then tightened up, worked a treat.

I just wired them up & zinc primered them.
I have also bored a hole in the firewall & run the power steering pipes through the bulkhead & to the pump. The return line uses the existing battery/starter wire hole & grommet (cut out)

The front brake pipes are in & tightened up at both ends & the flexi's at the calipers.
