Pete noticed that the water out pipe from the turbo was starting to tear, so i made up a better bend that hides it better under the slam pannel too. Polished jubilee clip ;)

I like - the grill looks sweet painted :thumb:
Done the same on my grill when it was repainted and it improves the look of it 10x!
Cheers James.

Its hard to get too, but hides it nicely.
Gareth at Welsh Coast Customs, see below.
Went on a little road trip today.... To frigging Wales. More so we went here...

The total legend called Gareth owns and runs the place, went here cause of his good skills. Goods not the word, hes a fantatic exhaust builder.

With the car in the air he removed the old down pipe (that i had to mod to fit, it wasnt pretty) and the rest of my old system.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3...s/IMG_8104.jpg
Stainless 3" down pipe fitted.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3...s/IMG_8113.jpg
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3...s/IMG_8101.jpg
Gareth then started mocking up and cut up the 2and a half inch tubing to build the system with, cause of the size difference the end was flared out.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3...s/IMG_8116.jpg
Then it was welded in, nice welding.

Pipe work,
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3...s/IMG_8115.jpg

Inplace..

Fitted,
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3...s/IMG_8143.jpg
Me stuck on the ramp..
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3...s/IMG_8149.jpg
After the drive home the down pipes got a bit of a blueing...
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3...s/IMG_8150.jpg
Sits a bit low (hence getting stuck on the ramp)

Its got a great sound when i put my foot down, but its nice and quiet when on the motorway. Cant thank Gareth more for his great workman ship on it and cant recommend him and them anymore. Get service, great build qualty and a life time warrenty.
and the price?
It was very very good and cheap. If Gareths happy for me to say i will.
Surely if he was happy to charge you the amount then he was OK with it.
Merely thinking of having a new downpipe made for mine (+ system possibly)
Yeah should be. Hes the man to go see.
cwoa, i bet that sounds amazing!
price?
It got a really nice deep burble to it when i give it some stick, but its nice and quiet on the motorway when cruising.
Which is just what i wanted. :)
Hope Gareth dont mind me posting the price, sure he wont. It cost me £300
that is a good price :)Quote:

Yeah and when you boot it. Sounds great when you let off at high reve.
good choice for the exhaust bud, i had a powerflow one fitted to mine and i am very happy with what i got
i need a better manifold, me thinks
what system would you recommend for my saloon benn ?
that looks very sweet. just like the rest of the car.
the 300 was that all in... as in the down pipe as well or from the downpipe backwards??
and what else do you have planned for it?
Does he send full systems out? Was thinking of getting an Ashley system for mine but if he does full systems for that cheap and they are good systems, I may be tempted to buy one, But I can't drive all that way for one lol.
Looks a top bollox system, good price too, very good.
