I see it like this, if you have one accident due to the snow then it is either going to cost £250 excess plus increase in premiums in the following years or a big bill at the dealer having a new leg, wheel, bearing etc fitted and a wheel aligment. I would rather spend the money on something I can keep, an investment than paying out for repairs.
They will be used for about 4-5 months, they are not just for snow, they are good in wet weather to help avoid aquaplaning. This means 4-5 months less wear on her summer tyres each year and helps keep her M-Sport rims tidy aswell.
Novasport your doing the right thing I speak from over 20 years of using winter tiers
Thanks chap :thumb:
I have winters on my polo :-)
ZOMG, that lego car has a snowplough, i must give you eleventymirrion dorrahs for it, does it come with all the clips? lol

Ive got a big huge ten tonne diesel engine up front. More then enough weight to keep things skipping off the road.
Only reason I ever crashed in the snow was because I was driving like a boss. Didnt release there was kerb stone hiding under a pile of snow & subseqently snapped a shock absorber in half on the old 12 volt. That was in Stoke aswell actually lol lol

Loads of tat to re-wire bits of the Escort, long awaited jetski o-ring gasket and speed sensor (still no starter motor!) front upper arm for my dads motor, and a £30 customs charge.
The *******s.
Today i have received my credit card bill (worryingly large considering "Christmas" still is still looming). Also received a leaflet inviting me to welcome Christianity into my life, giving details of several Christianity themed events in my area over the next six weeks... sounds good!
Still waiting for my Bluetooth mouse, ordered on 3rd November ... it's like they're toying with me now.
How'd you get all that good reputation with sh*t jokes like that :p
I used to be a genius but I started carrying my mobile phone in my hat about 3 years ago.

Nice brakes Paul, for the bmw i take it.
Yeah for the BMW, E46 M3. They will be stripped and powder coated to match the Brembo 4 pots going on the rear. DS2500 pads in the front, probably standard Porsche Textar pads in the rear.
