Or even rivet on saddle's.

Find a water hose the same bore and use that for the folding tabs cutting it open and sliding it over.

why not just get some of the standard screw on brake pipe clips that go onto the studs you're talking about? or is that me being stupid?

As others have already said Iain, rubber lined P-Clips is where it's at!!

and rivet them on, non of this pikey self tapper malarky!

Yeah thats what I was thinking of I think lol Some double plastic clip for holding them in place. Will hunt the scrappy for some!

And I'll order some P-clips for use down the exhaust tunnel for the internal lines.

Cheers Simps I'll do that, will have to cut them down one side to fit them thuogh as they probably won't slide over the connectors :thumb:

Waxoyled inside my doors, rear quarters, chassis legs etc with 'clear' (yellow) waxoyl. Not sure if I did it right as it doesn't look all that great, but thinning it down by standing it in hot water really helped it's application (followed by using a brush to smooth it out after spraying it on)

Looks good mate but get more Waxoil in there lol Get it so it's dripping out onto the floor (That's the way we do it at work, that's when you know you have enough)

It didn't drip :confused: Just went on and "stuck" in a matt/lumpy kinda way.

Was out of a spray can so no way of adding thinners. The application of it wasn't anything like what I expected tbh (I may have done it wrong tho!)

Nah you won't have mate, maybe just the way it is...There's all different kinds of cavity wax like but just generalised as 'Waxoil'

Following on from the last picture, I have now chopped and soldered my loom to the new front half (the engine bay side of another Nova loom). Looks quite professional IMO lol

Off the stand and on with the flywheel with ARP bolts (torqued using SBD's instructions, loctite on the threads and graphite grease under the heads):

Clutch lined up by eye and cover plate on lined up with the markings on the flyhweel (piston 1 & 4 at TDC) so it all balances up:

Shifter work looks greats dude. The rose joints on the linkage look sloppy tho.. Guess they dont feel it.

iain im quite clued-up on the small alternator thing; pm me if you want any info - i did it for under £90.
