That truely does look excellent!
Didnt have much on today so decided to have a mince about in the barn again.
As I mentioned earlier in the thread, the fold down rear panel created a big problem, ie any rainwater that flows into the gulley around the boot seal will now flow straight into the boot! To remedy this, I decided to build a dam, and directly behind it drill a big hole and use some water hose to direct the water under the floor.

Once that was out the way, I continued garnishing the cooking area lol
Shelf added for cooked stuff (should be a reasonably warm area)

Folds up and locks flat to the boot lid

Then added some hooks and popped up the road to purchace some cooking utensils. Looks more like a kitchen now lol

All this extra weight basically meant the shelf was useless because as soon as you put any weight on it, the bootlid tries to shut itself! Easily remidied with a fook off bolt lock

Extinguisher just in case lol

Then thought it might be wise to see if I can get all the club gubbins in it. It all fits apart from Daddy Gazeebo, so he'll have to ride in the van like a loner!

I think thats the thing prety much finished. I want to get a small fold up trestle table that can be sat next to the bbq, but that can be slung in anytime :)
lee, now i've seen the final barbie installation, can i advise you to make some sort of heatshield cos i fear that paint will burn off the bootlid on the first firing.
Shouldnt do, none of the bootlid is actualy directly over the bbq. If it does singe the paint, ill look into a shield of some sort, but at the mo i dont think its going to be an issue.Quote:
