i can see this whole car being chrome in a few yearlol thats your next mission, gotta say though you are dedicated,whenever i see a car with chrome all over it at the shows in its immaculate, first words are thats nice quickly followed by funk that thats to much work for melol
whats the point of the blanking plate on the sump?

Brucer it moves the oil level sensor fitted there as standard. Just a bit neater looking than cutting the wire off.
does the plug still need to be connected or will it not cause any fault stored in the ecu?Quote:

You cant fill them, the oil will drain out of the hole in them, like it does when the engines off. If just put them together in the oil bath (red tub) so there is lube in them. The pump fits in the same way a xe/Clet one does..Quote:

Brucer, as Iain said the oil level sensor is only in Cav/Cally's and Astra's. So there's no real point having it in a Nova, unless you wiring it all up to put a light on when the oil is low.
