Yeah, the body shop have a elec jack, so on the front wheel, lift right up in the air, and then spray. Should be free and clear underside.Quote:

This is gonna be great when done. Should really help to take your car to the next level! I assume winter driving is going to be a thing of the past now?
Its kept at a low level now, but cleaning it after isn't too hard...
Been trying to do as much as i can (being lazy must crack on), mostly waiting to get it down the bodyshop.
But to save time it being there i got some of the 3M sealant and have painted it on under the tank and around those hand to get to parts on the rear.

Tank straps are now off, had to move the rear brake line, annoyingly i had to bend it a bit, but should be able to straighten it and clean it up. The breather for the tank is in there hard as, so am having to go around it..lol
Under the tank is brushed on, the chassis bits and floor are all sprayed on.
Good idea with the 3M sealer.
Its the best stuff, Might add 3Ms other stuff along bits that are in direct flow areas. Then paint.
Laying on the very cold garage floor is getting sooooooooooooooooooooo old.
I know how you feel.It will be worth it in the end.Seam sealer supplier must like you lolQuote:

I get it from the body shop..lol I used one bag to do the rear bits. Will thinkit will be 2 or 3 on the main floor.. Then there is the boot floor and rear arches, so that's prob 5 more bags...lol
Looks like good stuff that mate, might invest in some myself, where you get it from ?
He probably gets it from the bodyshop. lol
Are you planning on reconditioning the rear beam to go with the painted/chromed underside? Looks good so far
