Today I fitted the rear bumper and took the Gazebo down, I plan to re underseal the floor tomorrow and then make some brake lines :), High build the drivers door asap too. and then Paint that and the rest of the other bits. Should be a good couple of weeks coming up with lots achieved hopefully :) I would love it on the road in a month, so lets see what happens aye,

The car is now slowly getting dirty and dusty, really can't wait to get all the dirty jobs done and flat polish it and get some shine going. Need to seriously sort my parts out to as I have no idea where most things are, like the driver quarter light rubber, I have found two of them now and both have been the standard type :(
Any way. I shall finish off the vinyl, get the rest of the window bits in, regulators, wire in the central locking etc then have a good tidy up and do the engine, brake lines, fuel lines, tank and beam etc. I will worry about finishing the interior when its running and moving I think.

Fitted the rear beam, set up the shoes, and wheel bearings. Fitted the suspension, fuel tank, the wheel then dropped it on the deck!

Well mine ran 24 psi with similar set up. try taking the fuel plunger out and rotating it, move it so the fuel pin can travel the most. it is eccentric and you will work it out, mark the original place though :)Quote:
