Going to collect my replacement engine from Lee Hersey this sat! I'm informed it needs the head refitting, so I'll get the Hg kit ordered before the weekend. The plan is then to remove the current lump on Fri/sat, collect the new lump sat eve and fit it Sunday...but as we all know plans rarely run to schedule!

I played a little game of hide and seek with an exhaust valve today, there's some good hiding places, especially picture 3! Took me ages to actually see the valve!

Reckon if I'd saved all the head bolts up that I 've thrown away, I could've weighed them in for scrap and bought a new head! :doh:
