i wouldnt let anybody make me think other wise just continue as planned mate and keep on the search for a 2 speed switch and bench if they still annoy you but there only a couple of minor points
Eh? Mk2 sport? SPORT NEVER HAD A SUNROOF!! it was a dealer fitted option as with the passenger mirror and radio etc. The difference i've seen from year to year is only the dim dip on the rear view mirror!Quote:

IMO its just jelousy as stated, Your close to completion where as he gave up almost straight away.
you've done an amazing job on it, and even if it was not genuine... id still cary on as it would be a mint nova once completed, and if compared to another sport i highly doubt you could tell the diffrence "/
