so i pay them to watch me do all the donkey work.apsolute bolocks.now i can see why ppl do drive without insurance,theire is always some way not to pay up.and now they want another £100 on top of my renewal.this is legalised extortion. no wonder this cuntry is going to ****.wee get robed at every turn.
lol you obviously don't realise how this works, you're claiming off of the other guys insurance because it was his fault, but you'd rather watch your premiums jack up by making a claim on your own because you can't be arsed to ring his insurance company? lol
you need to get incontact with the other drivers insurance, saying he has hit you,
all you need to do it tell sky you have been hit and going to claim off the other persons insurance,
if you want to claim off your insurance, your going to have to be fully comp
not necersarily baxter if the other party says its your fault you need your insure to fight it and possibly take them to court due to the disagreement on liability your method is fine in an open and shut case say someone driving into the back of you, did you have legal cover, i wouldnt take a policy without it
