Neither have i, we used to do MOT's at my old work and i asked my foreman if i'd have to re mot my car after changing the engine he said it would be fine to continue using it.

i would say you had a narow escape then bud. once you pay them they dont want to now after that would not recomend them to any one. my car was hit by another car and when i contacted them they didnt want to now iwasVERRY VERRY PISSED OFF AND DISAPOINTED. the moral of this is it may seem cheeper at the start but you always get ramed in the end.
