Been grinding and started smoothing. Camera batteries died tho, so pics tomoz.

Cracked on today.
Found i had 3 holes from the spot welding on the chassis leg (these all pulled off..) So plug welded these up today.
Played with the settings on my welder before i started...

But still cant quite get it as well on the body, bad ground? Metal not as clean?

Finished grinder down the welds around the mount and go a coating of black fiber glass over it all...

Impurities in the metal mate - rust, pant, sealer etc etc thats why it spat some times while i was welding the mount on.
Good progress though.
i can never spot/plug weld. i find it really hard.
