Yeh training at least twice a week plus cycling to work every day so helps with fitness. Doing a lot of technique work and sparring at minute plus core workouts

Its really stepped up a gear where I go at the minute as theres a show on in 7 weeks (im not in) Hill runs and circuits,mainly fitness at the minute.
iv not drank since my holiday a fortnight ago which is extremely unheard of for me.I know what you mean though,especially when on the way to training pub is heaving outside on a Friday night I think "id love to be there" lol
Stopped all the caffeine bullshiz poison drinks I was supping and been eating clean.

Started my gt4 for the first time in a long time today. Put a big smile in my face hearing it again :) I miss driving it.

Got a new PB cycling to work. 3.3 miles in 8minutes 52 seconds with an average of 21mph. Max 29.5mph
