Quality bit of Loonage!
Going Euro style with it then Austin??
And **** me did you launch that
just read the complete thread, superb work,
you would seem to have to much time on your hands to do all this works lol
shame this wasn't at PV :(
half glad it didnt make it to pv, looked for it all day and couldnt find it, was worried i missed it somewhere.
any updates? and will it be at billing?
Thanks to all for the comments! :thumb:
Andy - did a similar launch at PV on the sat and broke the gearbox on the 2nd run.. gutted!!
I guess its a bit euro / oldskool ish...
BR (thats Flush isn't it?) - have been thinking about that as well, but checked some tables on the strength of the joints when I bought them, and I think it should be ok.. Was considering some sort of watts type linkage, but that would be extreem overkill i'm sure...
Was also well gutted to not make it to PV in the saloon, as I spent all eves and w/e's on it on the weeks approaching the show, as well as splashing out on some essentials - custom gaz coilies, pedal box and a few other odds and sods. Still having a few issues trying to start it, but another ecu and chips on their way! PV with the blue nova was all good though. The PNG stand was sorted!
As far as other progress, i'll get some pics up soon i hope. Prity much all together, just flatting of the paint needed and a few other final bits.
you ditched the corsa servo & mc then? because of problems or just as an upgrade?
Any 'lateral' loads will try and create a moment about the rose joint, which will be reacted longitudinally by the rose joint on the otherside...will it not?Quote:

Probably using a Corsa bias box & running it with the Corsa pedal arrangement.Quote:
