this is a totaly unrealistic rebuild, in almost every area, anyway I had it out at the weekend while moving stuff in the shed, and then put it back where it was lol
getting nearer some actuall progress,
Have you stocked up on welding wire.
Na. Going pop rivits and glue lol, maybe some self tapers and speed clips for the chassis legs lol
Or No Update
You got all the panels you need now then ?
Get something like this ?? For doing the rear arches and inner wings to make it look more factory ?? Or for any spot welds

i was going to hire one edd for the likes of the quarter panels, rear panel etc, the small hand held jobs might not have enough power to penetrate through the chassis leg rails and inner wing join, so i'll just use the mig on many high stress areas, i wont be doing any stitch welding allong the lines in the bay as i want to keep a factory ish look but will be stitch welding from the underside for a little added strenght,
i think i have all the parts now, so just some concrete work and i'll be sorted lol
in hindsight i feel i may have started this build thread a bit early, seeing as how i havent actuall done and work in about a year :(
Cpms are willing to donate many lengths of 3x2 cls to help you put it together;-) (and not the cheap stuff, proper treated stuff) Hahaha, could Mibby stretch to a Box of super strong 25mm drywall screws;-)
Shhhh!!!
Just dont tell charlie.
Hahaha
