Fired up first turn of the key - I obv made sure that the oil pressure was up etc first by cranking with the ECU disconnected.

Let it run for about ten minutes to cure a few leaky water pipes and then started to fit the charge cooler...

No pics though I'm afraid - still need to wire in the pump and res for the c/cooler and need to do the gear linkage, but then its off to get the exhaust done...

Weather was too nice to be in the garage, otherwise she would be out and driving now!

why you running a cc setup?

because he got it cheap! and he doesnt want to cut the front end about to fit intercooler (basically because hes a keyboard warrior and internet mechanic and doesnt have the kaknow how!) so the less fabrication he has to do the better! and thats the reasoning behind f20 over f28 because of the mount! you know how he drives he'll be eating f20's on a daily basis lmfao, GET IT ON THE ROAD!

You havent got a leg to stand on - if you keep this banter up - I will post pics of your red corsa, that was essentially Halfords/Ripspeed on a set of chav wheels.

Wasnt your FMIC fitted with cable ties? lol

Ben - as Kris said - didnt want to have a FMIC sticking out of the front and I am only running P1, so dont need a huge CC either... its an early Courtney one that I got cheap - so will see what happens...

post pics up! 299.76bhp isnt nothing to be ashamed of especially on a kkk16 hybrid =) ! was a lot better put to gether than this, looked a lot lot better in the engine bay aswell! did mine way back in 2003 when i was 18!
esssentially though you need a much better charge cooler pump to pump the cooling agent around fast etc the rad/heat exchanger for the charge cooler is small so a decent pump is essential, ph1 is still 13-14 psi just with less if no over boost! still requires a decent set up, especially with the mileage you do and your driving style
should of gone f28 aswell not much hassle to fit!

Yeahhhhhhhhh - well if its not efficient enough - I will try something else.

You havent even see my pump - it was used to pump water out of the QE2 so it should be OK.
