update
got a good start on the car today, started on with the fuel pipes again. 'p' clipped and riveted them down to the floor pan. cut them to length either side were they come out, gave them a minor flare and put rubber grommets in the holes i made for them.

after this i got one of my softstars out to see how they would sit with the coilovers in postion...to my disapointment they didnt fit.

the wheel itself misses the spring but the tyre fouls the spring. ive always ran 205/40/16 tyres on this car but im going to have to try a 195/45/16. i think that should be all that it needs. im hoping....
so i put back on the gte/sr wheels so i can still move it about and dropped it back on the floor.

wound this side all the way down the shock to see how low it would sit, as far as i know these are standard length bodied ones.

i then turned the car around and stripped all the suspenion components off so i can get them ready for powdercoat.
