Don't confuse computer illiteracy with stupidity - I've seen perfectly sensible/intelligent people go all to pot when it comes to computers, most are scared they'll break something so don't go investigating for options or things to tick etc. Me, I don't care, I'll happily break something whilst trying to fix it (and regularly do) :d
