only just finished putting my 2ltr 16v in it, but cant get it started. think its starter motor problems. cant wait to go around tearing up the streets and racing everything modified.

only just finished putting my 2ltr 16v in it, but cant get it started. think its starter motor problems. cant wait to go around tearing up the streets and racing everything modified.
it started out as a 1ltr then a 1.4sr then i blew up the 1.4 so i put a 1.6gsi in it wiv 4 into 1 manifold and induction kit, but that got to slow for me so i put my 2ltr in it.
if i keep it then it will probely end up as a 2.5 v6 wiv 3ltr cams and chipped.
No point in going any bigger then xe or let the thing will only go hedge seaking!

good job i put the blocks underneath the wheels! engine hoist broke while engine was in mid air.

i had problems getting the engine started so i took it to a garage and they just told me that ive got a blown gear box... should of really cheaked it before i put it in! oh well just need to get another 2ltr now. its ok tho because my mate is selling his calibra. so ill hopefully buy that for cheap and start over. oh well
a blown gearbox wouldnt stop the engine starting tho ???
