what coil did you use???? the 1.0 has a 6v coil with a ballast resistor (the resistive wire), this is an old trick to help the car start easier on contact breaker ignition. there is also an extra wire from the starter solenoid which gives the coil the full 12volts to give it a big spark and it reverts back to 6v when you let go of the key.Quote:
