As Simps said, on long motorway runs the F28 is great, you can sit at 80mph off boost, and when you nail it, you can just hit silly speeds.
i d fit the f28, but if you have no gripes with the f20 then stick with that, at your power level the f20 will be reliable
Dave Marshal is running a f20 with a atb on his turbo nova and works fine mate.
You can sit at 80 off boost with an f20 dude, its just loud at you'll be at 4k rpm.Quote:

A mates running an f20 on his Saab powered astra and that's over 200bhp. Has had no problems with it tbf.
