What is this rubbish? What happened to "he who charges, provides proof"? This is like saying "you're guilty but we will not show evidence, instead we want you to turn yourself in first". Perhaps it's something to do with the British law system?

IIRC its something along the lines of asking to see the images means you want to see the evidence against you, and the evidence can only be provided in court or something daft. Most laws in this country are written against motorists lol

And I didn't fancy my chances in court.
