Is that one of them Auto TX alloy ones? Will the weld hold though, hope so, also have you tried to move it forward slightly to give more clearance?

I repaired my rad core with JB Weld and it's been spot on, so I reckon proper TIG will be fine.
Hope you get it sorted without too much expense Ben. Lucky catch on that one mate! Keep looking after one of my top 3 Nova's for me until I buy it. lol

Good thing you noticed it early Benn, would have made things a lot worse if you were driving it and it lost all the coolant.

What hose was rubbing, water hose coming from / to the turbo ? Just rotate the center housing on the turbo round a few degrees so it clears the rad.
