Please do Colin ,I would love to take my engine builder to see them and talk about the engine

Kevin built this engine himself (with input from Steve at SBD), and he's done a brilliant job on it.
Very good power and excellent torque on standard cams, and there's potential for more yet (I won't post the numbers on here!).
I will pass on your number to Kevin so you can get together.
BTW - with reference to our Mad'In split rims, I have now found out that Gotti centres are the same bolt pattern, and therefore interchangeable. Might be useful info for you.

This is going to be bonded into place, so it won't be removable in future. Which is a problem as my fuel tank filler currently resides in the boot.
So, I either need to relocate the fuel filler position, or move the tank completely. I think this is my preferred option, so I picked up this 3.5 litre tank to experiment with;

It fits rather neatly above the gearbox;

It will mean I need to remove the one-piece front end every time to fill the tank, but it does away with all the pipework inside the car, saving a fair bit of weight.
Could you not make the front flip forward?
Started work on making the rear caliper mounts - as luck would have it I can just weld 2 captive nuts direct to the axle!;

and a rather neat packaging solution to mating the fuel pump to my new tank;

Just need to make up new fuel lines for that and sort out a tank breather.
A friend of mine has machined up some alloy brackets to mount the front calipers, they should be arriving on Monday so I will post up some pictures.
That rear brake set up is the bollocks
Other than possible bleeding problems (pressure bleed or remove to Bleed) that looks like a nice easy modification :)
Please see some of my FAO posts
How come you're mounting the caliper at the bottom?
