Bit more done last night

*Shocking pics as I only had my phone and it was dark! apologies!*

- Second coat of paint on the off side rear arch

- Seam sealed near side rear arch but it reacted really badly with the primer so I will have to clean it off and do it again :roll:

- Seam sealed 1/4 pannel Joins that will be hidden by the bumper so no need to make them look nice

- Carried on smoothing and shaping the 1/4 pannel joins on the b pillar and behind the rear window (I'm going to call it the C pillar!:tard: :) )

Bit more fettling required, there never going to be perfect, but look loads better and for an amateur at bodywork I recon I have done quite a good job!!:thumb:

Got the car on stands again and front end stripped for the final coat of paint on the front arches

Whilst I was doing this ste set about cleaning out the reacted seam sealer from the near side rear arch with the wire brush drill attachment and re red oxided it ready for a fresh coat of sealer

The bays ready for some primer now. should look better with a coat of primer as it will be all one colour!lol

Finished rubbing down the bay and blew off the dust with airline then wiped down with some thinners. Etch primer applied to bare metal areas and on the slam pannel

The eagled eyed amongst you may notice the battery tray area is grey primer and the rest of the bay is white! this is because I ran out of white and only had grey left lol
