i have one of thoses sanding blocks they are ace and top job your doing too.

Spot on dude thats really coming along well, i bet you were glad to finish sanding back all of the fibreglass on the roof werent ya lol

well todays task was the rear quarters and paint the bonnet.

the bonnet is an epic fail!!! basically the paint didnt cover the blemishes which meant i had to primer it. so tried primering and that reacted:mad: so put that to one side and got on with the quarters

first set up the radio :p

then as with the roof i decided best course of action was rip the fibreglass off, didnt get a pic but this is with the first skim of filler

Its Matt paint you're using yeah? Its a right tit for reacting with everything in sight and tends to be pretty thin. It will show up any blemishes and doesnt take a 2nd or 3rd coat too well mate. CHances are you'll need to rub the bonnet right back and give it a real good cleaning before priming it again.

Its getting there, looking good progress. how long till you think its done?

Good progress Mr Burgo, all that sanding doesn't look like fun though!
