I have read some of this thread, my heart goes out to you. Its heartbreaking to see someone in this situation, and I dont think that anyone would wish this on their worst enemy. Im sorry to hear about your plight and i hope that things pick up for you both.

I am totally drained just reading this and trying to get my head round what i have read, it's shocking, touching, and your actions are all very understandable, although no one can be sure how or what they would do in the situation you have been dealt.

My thoughts are with you mate, and i think you should let Rachel's family know that there is so many strangers out there giving there best wishes to them.

I hope you keep your head high, and keep us informed no matter what.

i have been following this since you first posted, you have done more than most would have even considered. Your a top bloke and need not feel any bad feelings for your desicion, the fact your still there for her shows your loyalty and pure heart as a decent bloke!

Keep ya chin up mate, as others have said there is alot of people thinking about the both of you :)

Just back from the hospital, wishing her a happy birthday. Her room is FULL of baloons, cards, pictures and all kind of teddys etc etc. Kinda got to me. She was very sleepy as i imagine shes had everybody up there today.

Seemed very relaxed.
