I used to work at a Clutch and Gearbox specialist centre and fitted hundreds of clutches to everything from daily cars to high spec RS Turbos/Subaru's etc.We test drove them and NEVER did our boss say "Just go and bed that clutch in" FLOL
The flywheels got sanded up every fit or skimmed if they were full of heatspots.
A few things it could be,the clutch sent is wrong or your friction plate is worn down to the limit,the clutch fork is sticking maybe?

Have measured flywheel against a pot one and it's identical. As it's such an **** of a job think I'm just going to bite the bullet and buy a helix paddle to go with the helix coverplate and chuck all that in this time and if it still slips break the fooker!
Just break it now, only a couple of bolts as it stands and the engine can be out and the rolling shell ready for sale.Quote:
