Have you tried using a bit of alloy to brace the bonnet yet Olz ? surely that would do the trick
I filled the gap with fibreglass which worked until it cracked that aswell lol
I have nothing to hold the ally brace up with though?
Glue the damn thing on, arralidite (or however its spelt ) will hold anything amongst loads of other products, 5th bonnet pin will look poop, seen a few people who have braced theie bonnets, Ben being one of them as he had a similar problem

I'll sort it then.
Gonna cut me a new rear screen out and rivet it in, seen a trackcar with self tappers holding the rear windows in and looked utter gash, lovely sharp screws facing every which way towards you inside the car lol
Get some rivet nuts, motorsport coolness:thumb:
Should look Ok if the window is fastened in with some form of nut/rivet etc

As Ste said Rivinuts are cool - although I remember Lee303 demo ing a cool idea on Brian's Manta on Migweb - too many pages to look through to find pictures lol
