lovely car nick your standards are exceptional,would have loved you to paint the series 1 but im on a budget and your skills im sure would command premium

Thanks mate...... I'd have loved to do the series 1 for you! However I have no facilities outside of work and it's their prices that command a premium. If you have a progress thread for the s1 I would really like to read it?

hi nick,iv ehad it done at the local bodyshop in there booth, i did start one on here but to be fair people really arent interested in fords on here so never bothered updating,i may attend a few vaux shows next year with rich if they allow me in with it

I'm sure they've made a nice job of it for you. From what I can remember it looked a great shell so will no doubt make a cracking car. Hope to see it at a show or maybe you could join rich & co at billing? Theirs a guy on jov who brings his immaculate s2 every year and it's great to see it. Or as your not far way I will just have to call over for a brew sometime!

yes they have,hes obviously done it to budget,i did most of the prep and he painted it and flatted and polished it for £500 plus materials but i could never had a good job in our unit,it looks spot on but hes redoing the roof as hes buffed through on the roof edge,
definately take it then next year as richs van is nearly done

I look forward to updates.. Your workmanship is up there with the very best. I'd love for you to paint the Calibre, price isn't a problem, I know I've asked before but let me know if you are able to do some work in the future :thumb:
