The adjuster platforms have seized solid. So the only way to change the height is guesswork with £60 a time springs....... :(

Un-seize them, dip them in wd40/penetrating fluid then use a funk off big wrench to move them for wards and back wards till they free off.
Then coat the adjuster and threads in grease or copper slip...

cut the old ones off
Side strips are clipped on mate, slide them off.
I can get new platforms from AVO for £8 each, but getting the old ones off without damaged the threads may be tricky
