stitching it all stiffens the shell up nicely too, we all know they flex for fun lol

Apparently Corsa's are fine for your run of the mill 20XE conversion but I dont think they'd cope with about 250 motor horsepower & 100+ nitrous oxide ontop lol

Aye, not far of needing an engine now Edd, **** thing is even once I get one Ill still have to strip it, spend a fortune on it & then rebuild it before it even goes in :(

considering it costs basically nothing to do the stitch welding then why not?

Lately Ive acheived absoloutly nowt other then carbon kevlar wrapping lol will at some point, one day in the distant future actually crack on with this shed though lol lol

^^ thats gooood skills... hmm; cant really be done be with slam in-situ? lol

All im left to do is chop the steel slam panel out, fit this GRP one & then wrap the bonnet in carbon :)
