you spoke to my colleague Daniel who unfortunately didn't do a particularly good job of explaining what was happening.

Unfortunately, due to your postcode we were unable to help you as you live in an area which is excluded from our car club scheme. Because of this my colleague transferred you to a completely seperate company who should have been able to help you.

I read this too, i might see what quote they can do the 1.2 now, as they didn't to too well before, but i want a quote that will give me back what the value of it is if the worst happened.

They only do agreed value for existing customers iirc.
