Made some more progress, Big thanks to Olly for offering to help me out and coming over Muchos appreciated :thumb: Thanks mate

Got a plate welded in on top of the tunnel to make it look nicer as I had done some shocking welding there! and also because it was a little thin from removing the seat mount

Then we got the car on its side again to clean up the rest of the underside and to begin seam sealing the chasis legs and other seams

It's not far from being painted, which effectively means the build up... and then the track! :)

LI4M, the axle stands aren't mine, they were in the garage that i rent, The guy is into 4x4's so there big hefty one's lol

Yea its getting there slowly!

I still think we should take the hole saw to all the places where there is unnecessary metal.

I can borrow a plasma cutter to do the door and bootlids innards :)

The more metal cut out the less to prep lol lol

Cool - so thats the plan for when you get back from your holiday then.

Alternatively we can use a grinder anyway, and do it neatly.

I intend to cut more out of my doors, and lose the rubber edging
