Had a couple of spare 18e looms come through the other day to use as spares. Going to make a new loom to fit to the Irmscher injection as the original was a bit ropey.

Similar, in principle...
A new front mech as I mashed the other one last week. Its amazing how a few 'levels' up the shimano range makes a huge difference on a simple thing like the front. Deore xt top swing ftw :) I was just going to get the cheapest possible but a)the are all £20 or less anyway unless going for this years xtr and b.) no where had stock of anything lower than the Dxt :)
New phone. Got the new s4 in hot rod red so I can pretend to be Tony Stark.
