lol mines leaking AGAIN! but this time from ware the cooler pipe goes from rubber to metal just below the bottom pulley! Grrr..

Tell you if it wernt for the fact i get fun out of it while it's not leaking/broken i would brake it for parts! lol

This seemed to be flying while I was in the queue with Scott waiting to go on, in fact I'm pretty sure Scotts exact words were "Ad's flying" lol

On my 2nd session i didnt get passed by anyone iirc (apart from my trip across the grass lol )

I was quite suprised how well it seems to go for a pretty much standard XE.

Quick update.
Got a 8v sump gasket/baffle plate to go on, just need remove the exhaust manifold first!!!

Also picked up a full SS Magnex from my local parts dealer (John H lol )
3 box system so should be quieter.
Fits a mk1 bumper too!

Test fitted it, all is good but one problem is its too long for the SBD exhaust manifold(i.e. it ends past the end of the manifold, if you get me)
So i either have got to cut a lot off the manifold, or cut the system! I really dont want mod the system if i can get away with it, so might need hack the manifold.
CBA do either so will probably stick my old system back on, drive to a exhaust place and just leave them to fit it it to the end of the manifold.


Also, fitted Bi Xenon hid's to the astra :cool:

Which has recently developed a huge gearbox leak (huge as in box oil is running down the bottom suspension arm, dripping into the wheel and running out of the outside of the rim :eek: )
Which yet again i have no time & cba fixing....:roll:

Tempted just look for another daily tbh! Something newer and more modern.

my magnex does the opposite, piper exhaust manifold is too short..
