Ive never had a problem with it, just make sure you drill down straight and there wont be any problems.

You really shouldnt drill it anless the drill is the same size as the most inner hole, this is what Darronh of Astramk2 did and it screwed the idel speed up as its a main breather.
Mines clear now with just a bit of carb cleaner and a screw driver..
When its clear you can see the hole on the inside if a different size.
Where did you get the roof lineing ben?
