Hi,
Yes I know this thread has been somewhat quiet of late, mainly due to lots of pre-christmas events, christmas & new year , a bout of bronchitis and a nagging wife on new years day who has blackmailed me into decorating our hall stairs and landing (which will take a couple of weeks to sort out!!)
Anyway in between all the mayhem I have now put in all the fuel lines and pump, pulled my steering rack apart and put in a quick rack and bolted it up to the bulkhead with poly bushes, sorted all the brake pipes and the pic below shows the rear beam (which has been powder coated silver) built back up with poly bushes in situ and a stud conversion in and ready to go :-

Just need to sort out attaching the hand brake cable and putting in the roll bar (with poly bush) - thinking of putting a double roll bar on - anyone got any thoughts or has tried this????
I have also sorted out the sunroof glass problem - I've used a mk4 Astra one which with a bit of filing and grinding now fits fine!
Next job after fitting the rear beam is putting in the headlining , rear and front window and then the BIG job of fettling the dash. Think corsa dashboard, bespoke digi clocks, toggle switch ignition and push button start with in dash SatNav and the whole dash flocked !
It's going to be very interesting!
Joff,

Nice Joff, I remember when I parked next to you at VBOA donkeys years ago - was stunned by the quality of your Nova in it's previous guise then and this looks like it's gonna be one of the best about once it's finished!
