cheers for trying to defend my situation spud. i very much doubt every single pic i have his car is on private land, and all of the meets are 100% private. il just wait and see what the cops will sya. if they arnt interested il just have to do things another way, either way tho i do not want to see my reg on that car from now on.

If you're that annoyed by it why are you still whinging about it instead of picking up the phone and calling the local cop shop for advice?

It'd take 2 minutes to get an official response instead of asking what the offficial response might be on a forum

I agree. If i was as ****d about it as Lee comes across then i would have been on the phone to the police and the DVLA long before now.

maybe because i want to get as much evidence as possible together and see what others say before i go down and make a fool of myself. for example, the other day i would of said the photoshoot was on a public road, but yesterday we found out that it was a private road. i will go down to see the police, i just want to get everything ready first
