Yeah slam panel didn't hinder me fitting the rad too much so it can stay for a bit.
I'll struggle to move just that side forward and retain the current top hose, if it's getting moved it'll need to be moved to the middle and forwards so it reaches.

As said, i'd angel the top out, mount the fan on the front. Works much better on the front.
Think I'm happy with it now, plumbed in:

Cable tied into position at the top to pull the top away from the manifold:

Can fit my fingers between the manifold and rad now so that's good enough for me:

Anyone got a diagram how the radiator fan zipties fasten as I'm struggling to see where the spring is supposed to go and getting very confused?!
Nice one Benn, the way I'd done it before was right then :)
Yep, but tbh it dont really matter... But if you have a turbo and they melt they fall out..lol
Cable ties ftw, cheaper too lol
I like to do things the most difficult and expensive way lol
Pfft, i have a stainless bolt thru one of mine...
Good to see you've got a TX rad, I'm very pleased with mine
Nice mod on the bottom rad bush also, will have to do this as mine doesn't fit 100% right
Also cheers for the camber shims link
