i had to re attach the handbrake, fit a horn and get grinder happy with the bumper, its not ideal or pretty but imo its what was needed and dont look that bad :cry::cry::cry::cry::cry:
Centre the number plate and you could be onto a mean winner mate :) Just my OCD kicking in
i positioned it over that side as to cover some of the holes i cut for the old oil cooler location, will get a new bumper but this is just to get it back on the roadQuote:

it failed initially on brake lines being to tight, no beam pattern on o/s head light
new bulb in head light and moving the position of the brake flexi's and i believe it has now passed!!!!!!

Good stuff. Those emission limits are an old carb test, so no suprise a well mapped injection engine flew through that :)
Have you properly driven it on the road yet????
yes drove it earlier :thumb:, my brother had driven it before me :eek::eek::eek::eek:Quote:

Awesome Gary..... Maybe I could have a passenger ride sometime if our paths cross with the cars etc. I bet its like a damn rocketship!
Nick.
I drove this yesterday and mot'd it! It is a truely awesome bit of kit. When I got to work I was shaking! the acceleration is down brutal! It's quite hard work to drive on the road! Spins in 6th! Amazing car! Good work let's book some track days!
Is this what the guy who built your engine reccomends ?. The guy who built my xe (frank anderson racing) has always said run it on valvoline but has now changed his mind and is using the above.Quote:

i am due to finish work in an hour so when i get back home i will take ot for another few hours ... i love it it has way way to much power and alot is wasted in clouds of wheel spin even at 130-140mph but it is great fun
Looks mental! I"d be afraid of anything striking the fans and FMIC when driving tbh.
