I've used VW golf Syncro bearings, which have the same internal diameter to be able to fit a cavalier driving flange. They are 4mm bigger diameter on the outside, so the nova knuckle needed machined out 4mm bigger.
With the larger bearings and full strength driving flange, these should handle the power now probs.

Why is the sky blue? ;)
The blue color of the sky is due to Rayleigh scattering. As light moves through the atmosphere, most of the longer wavelengths pass straight through. Little of the red, orange and yellow light is affected by the air.Quote:

sorry am i making you jealous lol jokin .
just incase you dont know, real loom tape is not sticky and has a shineier finish.
"black electrical tape" is crap for car loom's slightist hin't of oil or petrol and falls off leaving it's slime all over the wires.
i use expandable braided sleeve with heatshrink at joints and ends for all the loom's i make (im a apprentice wireman for delphi)
Keith, i beg you not not let a perfect build down with black tape all over the loom! (sorry i have a haterid for this stuff!)
give me a pm if you won't to know more (i have some pics of my work), i mite be persuaded to send you some freebies to help out.
Andrew
i dotn mean leccy tape. ive got the proper stuff as a rough to touch finish to it..
i realise somebody may have alreadt asked you this keith, but what sort of money have you forked out so far?

I used to work there as you know, they have some good stuff.
Order some TNA19 or TNA25, its what I have rewrapped my loom in.
You need to finish it with a bit of adhesive tape to stop it peeling back but you can hide it where its not noticed.

A massive improvement on the standard coating.
Keith
What is that coating btw? Looks cool.
Its like a fiberglass braided stuff? Not sure where to get it, This fella Andy get's it from his work. Think fearless used the same stuff on K95 VHD's looms.
Keith
Cool, does look much better than crappy tape,Lol

As nova sport said http://www.vehicle-wiring-products.co.uk/ this is were u get it.
Looks neat, not fancy doing that with car loom in the engine bay ?? would finish it off nicely. imo
