Does anyone know what paint this is on the rocker cover to give it that wrinkled, textured finish or where I can get it?

I think its Hammerite Hammered Finish

thats erm black with a silver fleck through it.

very nice it is to. lol

4-2-1 manifold shud give more clearance.
