Whoops, this had completely skipped my mind again sorry.
Can everyone please confirm that they'll be ready to order by the end of January?

In the first week of january, I'll count the number of names still interested, double check the price, then start asking for cheques.
Just a reminder, cheques are the only form of payment I will be accepting, and they will be made out directly to the windscreen supplier, not to me.

If you want to pay him with a card thats fine. Read my post again. I will not be accepting any cheques made out to me, or any cash, or paypal. I will only be accepting cheques made out directly to the supplier.

Xen0phobiak please can you ask the suppliers how well they are packaged as raymond only lives 15mile from me so could collect mine for me to save on delivery.

They insist that they are very well packaged for shipping. Peronally I'd stick a few duvets in the back of the car if i was carrying one around in my car though, packaged or not.
I'm setting a deadline for the cheques to get to me as the 20th of Jan (a saturday). PM me with your full name and postal address, a contact telephone number, and if you want the screen shipped or fitted, and if you want the top tint. I will get the exact name to go on the cheques when I get home, then I will respond to your PM's with my postal address and the payee name and exact amountfor the cheques.

They do make them for other cars, they don't list them for that one, I'll ask for you though.

I forgot to mention in my last post, apparently they now have the untinted ones in stock, but there will be a 6 week lead time for top tinted ones.
I personally want a top tinted one, but I'm tempted to get a normal one and then apply my own tint/sunstrip.
EDIT: Stu, if you want 10 he can get them, but not one.

On my day off of the week following the 20th of jan, I'll be delivering the cheques myself and placing the order. From the sounds of things the non-tint ones are already in stock, but top-tinted ones will take 6 weeks from that point.
I don't know about when to go there for fitting yet. Any preferences?

Well, I've got 2 cheques so far. After the 20th I'll give the chap a ring and see if he'll still honour the discount even though we're down on numbers, and take it from there.
I'm not holding out for cheques after the 20th though, send it if you want one, and if it falls through I will return the cheques.

Had mine fitted today, havent wired it in yet though.
Ricky is a top bloke, I recommend his services highly, he even fixed the broken slide mechanism on my sunroof :D.
its amazing the difference a new windscreen makes on its own to visibility, wipers gliding over it etc...

I've wired it in now, works like a f**king dream lol. I wired the relays up to trigger when the internal fan is set to max, but as a bonus it stays on afterwards if you set the fan to the lower settings, and switches off when you turn the fan off.
