Loving this! Saloon arches work well for clearance.
Cheers bud .yes mate the front end went much lower with the loon arches on
And the gap is nice and even unlike with wide wheels and 3dr hatch arches .
Productive weekend on the car manage to get new slicks and gear linkage sorted , rear engine mount fitted and new dash fitted.

Cool arnt they lol .
Pissed me off all weekend its had the glue treatment now no longer folds in at Mach 3 lol
Just looked back. Love that you dont use rear shocks. Is it not mega bouncy?
The Let with me a great uprate. You'll get your times down nicely.
No the rear works very well . I thought the same when i first fit them and was a bit sketchy first few runs but once i knew it didnt bounce about was fine . Car is 0.1 from a 12 sec and was hoping to get the xe into the 12s in october before i pull it out. Im sure sub 12s require a min of 25 mm travel though so will probs have to fit coilovers next year . Hopefully new spoiler will bring the ET up a couple of mph .
The let will hopefully make good power and handel alot more gas.
Anyone know if the omex ecu works as a nitrous controller aswell or does it just work with nitrous and still require a seprate controller .
Cheers
Lots of good plans, will be very interesting to read up on.
I think from what i've seen you'd need a big power xe to get in to mid 12 wouldnt you?
The car is only 0.1 from a 12 sec pass im sure the drag spoiler and another 25hp of gas will get it a 12 before i remove it .
The xe will also be forsale once removed so will be good to get a 12 secs pass in the bag just to show what its capable of.
i think your rear wheel is off the ground
Removed the old standard concrete spoiler and began making the new alloy one .
Not fitted yet but up to now.

Nearly sorted boxed all the bottom arm mounts in to try and stiffen front end up a bit . Battery tray to remove and mod to take pedal box
You left enough room to get mounts on legs?
Here's one for inspiration from a lad I knew
