i looked at in the bodyshop and bugged the painter to paint it blue

charged the battery as its been lying so long lol
Hid some more Christmas presents inside it
Took it to work for mot and the oil pump gaskets pissing out which pissed me right off but driving it again for the first time in 14 months made it better
Painted the inside of my roof. Will be doin the rest of the interior black soon.

Fitted a new timing belt
Drove it to the petrol station, put some petrol in, bounced it off the limiter a few times then took it home. Lol
Good call; charging the battery - as did I. Cold weather & dry cell batteries go together like slugs N salt
its been left out in the cold all day, and will be dumped back in the warehouse later on i expect. its currently my wheel holding device :/

I bought the nova a sealy trickle charger from work today :d
Haven't done any thing to it in about a year :( but taking a day off work tomorrow to try get my brakes sorted and plumbed up
laughed at it and got a window net bought by a sponser
Fitted oil pump gasket last night and new sump gasket so its now leak free which is great but it took 3 hours to do which wasnt nice in the cold
Pumped up the tyres some more, put the battery on a trickle charger. With the crappy weather its probably not going to be seeing the outside for a while!

Took the nova for a 80min round trip for the first time in ages. Thought how basic and noisy it was to drive compared to my 10 plate work van. I did some stupid overtaking moves and gave the car some abuse and fell in love with it all over again!!
Yesterday i open the garage door seen the Novas and quickly closed it again, no pics though lol

Tried to remove a cv joint from a F28, bent a crow bar and broke my ball joint splitter trying to get it out. Remade my engine mount.

Good move. I treated my sr to a set of carbs today
trial fitted all my suspension then got the hump thinking my bearings were shot due to play, throwed all my tools in the corner and went off with the hump
only to come on here moaning about it for edd to make me remember the cvs not being attached can cause play :roll:
Took the inlet manifold off, removerd all the yellow hoses an got them cleaned up ready to put back on, waiting on a manifold for some bike boddies :)
Started it for the first time since Billing and ran it upto temperature, I now smell of exhaust fumes!
Dusted it off and fitted its car cover to keep it warm over winter. Put the battery charger on as I just about flattened the battery dragging the fuel back through and starting it.
