Same goes for Nova's and Corsa's though, they all seem to be GSi's ;)Quote:

That's very nice.... Hate those aerials they put on the convertibles though! I would have loved to have got an M3, but I would have had to finance one which I don't like the idea of! That and prices seem to be all over the place ATM with them. Maybe next year....
Lovely e46 there stevie. Where did the 540 go. Awesome machine, mate of mine took me for a terrifying drive in his one a few years ago round the back roads round the Newtownard peninsula.
My M3....

Not as low as my old cars lol but it's perfect for me as it is and I love it, only mod I've done is fitted the m3 nappa interior.
Pics must be 18 months old now! But all I have to hand atm, been a busy year...

Springs have definitely settled since then but it's also been attacked by winter salt and M40 crash barriers due to some plank standing on his brakes after juuust touching them enough to light up his brake lights for a couple miles, battered the wing so need to replace that at some point :(
Translated meaning you were either too close to stop in time, or going too fast (id go with the first option as you had been following him for a few miles, possibly too close for his comfort as he was dabbing his brakes to make you bugger off/slow down, then you didnt take the hint so he slammed on) and you had to swerve into the crash barrier to avoid hitting his car, at which point he rofl'd furiously to himself and drove on engaging 'smug mode' as most other drivers would (myself included) lol
I was over a quarter mile back actually, it was a foggy/cold morning and all I could see was his brake lights (the one time most people don't seem to use their fog lights apparently). But yes obviously I was too close to stop in time, otherwise I would have stopped in time, I hit a damp/cold/icy patch and locked up twice, just one of those things really. He's still a tit for dragging on his brakes for about 2 miles though, my guess is it's an auto and he's adjusted to having both feet on the pedals.
Anyway, off out of our thread Astra boy, shoo :p
You got rid of that now then? I haven't really been following much on here for about a year and nothing at all really for 3-6 months, last year of uni has been a bit crazy.
My old 330 clubsport sold it end of last year... replaced it with an astra vxr

No socket rails?! shocking :p Always liked how similar the E30/34 are underneath, looks like it's been shrunk a bit lol
Also means my friend who builds E30's all day is a wealth of mostly accurate knowledge :d
My favourite old Beemer is a black 3 door e30 1990 ish
