Guten tag spp_dev, that is a great Nova saloon, it looks utterly mint. The engine bits look great too can't wait for them to all come together. Will be very interested to see how much power she outputs with all these engine mods.
Great project :thumb:

springs are new out of ebay uk search for corsa 100mm or something like that...
...now i'm waiting for my topmounts of compbrake etc... i have to get the front lower:d
Looks very very nice mate, or should a say sehr schön! :D
Is tyhat powder coat on all the black parts? Gearbox casing, inlet manifold etc? Must've been a pain to mask off all the edges etc.
Engine p0rn for sure.
thats slamed mate good project!

you must have some real good machine shop near by :thumb:
Edit: hope you have the swirls going in the correct direction otherwise it will slow you down! lol
All your engine parts are pure porn!! Exactly what i want mine like!! saloon is ace full stop!
Wow engine parts all look top notch! has everything been sandblasted before coating? very clean:)
yeah mate swirls are going in the right direction +15bhp hahalol
parts weren't only sandblasted, most parts were completely cleaned
before getting sandblasted, but i don't really now the english words to
tell you more
Hope all that sandblasting and powder coating didnt cost you much
loving the painted engine and Gearbox parts
if this is finished come summer time and im working at Rock im Park you will have to bring it round so i can see it
keep up the good work
Genau xxx
haha you work at rock im park georgous, it's about 3 kilometres from my flat...
...but the engine will find place next winter, but the saloon itself should be rolling in summer...
hm i would say the expensive thing is your own time preparing all the things (cleaning etc) tha sandblasting and coating is not tooo heavy for exampla the block costed about 150€
well if im there this year ill drop you a message an my phone number
wasnt there in 2009 but went in 2008 with Queens of the stoneage, hopefully ill see you and the car come summer time
there is some quality parts going into this mate nice work!!
so now the loons on the road,
compbrake top mounts are fitted, (brought me 15mm deepness on the front;))
white indicators are also fitted...tomorrow i'll get my wheels and the moment
of truth will come:roll:
what camber are you guys driving? i've adjusted now to -2° camber on the
front...
i'm running almost no camber, but i use my corsa a alot for dragracing.
iirc a nova should have about 1 - 1,5 camber.
can you sned me the link for the springs please ?
take the rocker cover off and pour it in its only 10-12 bolts hahaQuote:

omg !
That is awesome, not 100% on the wheels close up but they do look awesome from a distance so fair play, not many people will get that close. :)
It never ceases to amaze me how a set of rims changes a car so much!
Looks really good. Well done.
Dude! That looks funking awesome! I love it.
Wheel p0rn! Awesome!
Stunning but where are the centres?
